Goal Setting

Make goals that put you in the driver’s seat. For example, if you want to spend more time with your friends, don’t make your goal “Tell my friends to call me” because they may not do it. Instead, make your goal something like “Attempt to call one friend each day.” This depends on your actions, not theirs and will give you a sense of control over your social life.
