Jordan’s father has been affected by Leukemia and has been in hospice care for one year. Now, weSPARK supporters will help make Jordan's dream come true.

Jordan will attend Baseball Camp, where he will build lasting memories!

The event marked the launch of weSPARK’s collaborative Young Adult Group.

weSPARK is partnering with the national networking and resource group, I'm Too Young For This! Cancer Foundation (i[2]y). Founded by and for young adult survivors, i[2]y is the nation's leading grassroots advocate for the next generation of cancer survivors and their caregivers in their late teens, 20s and 30s.

weSPARK and i[2]y are working together to bring our free support services to young adults living with cancer. At Friday’s mixer, guests offered input on the kinds of services they are looking for by filling out surveys.

On Friday, August 6, 2010, weSPARK and i[2]y will team up again for a night of programming for young adults living with cancer.

It was a warm day at Moorpark Country Club as 125 golfers joined weSPARK Cancer Support Center to celebrate the Annual Wendie Jo Sperber Celebrity Golf Classic.

Golfers enjoyed a day of play at the beautifully scenic golf course. After golf, guests perused weSPARK's silent auction on the club's terrace. The day's events ended with dinner and a live auction in the banquet room.

weSPARK congratulates all the winners and thanks everyone who came out to support the beginning of weSPARK's second decade.

About Moorpark Country Club Opened for play in October 2002 and only minutes from Los Angeles with cooler coastal temperatures, Moorpark Country Club offers spectacular panoramic views including glimpses of the Channel Islands which are visible from several elevated tee locations. There are three distinct and returning nines - Creekside, Ridgeline and Canyon Crest, secluded in the canyons and citrus groves. The 20,800 square foot clubhouse designed in the style of famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright includes every modern amenity opened in September 2003.
